Return & Cancellations

To return a candle, you will need to contact the customer service team and request a return or exchange. They will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and what information you need to include (e.g. order number, reason for return).

We are a small business and while we pay for shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer.
Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange these items. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as a return. Please email to our support team so we can arrange it for you.
This will depend on the reason for the return. If the item is defective or damaged, you may be eligible for a full refund including the original shipping costs. If you are returning the item for a different reason (e.g. you don’t like the scent), you may only receive a refund for the cost of the item and not the original shipping costs.
In most cases, you can cancel an order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. If the order has already shipped, you may need to wait until you receive the item and then follow the return process to return it.
